Farmhouse

The farmhouse has two bedrooms, one with a king and twin and one with a queen, a very well-stocked kitchen, 1/2 bath with separate shower room. In the farmhouse yard, we offer our 1960s vintage Phoenix travel trailer which has a foam king mattress and air-conditioning/ space heater. Guests use the nearby bathhouse.

Barn/Pavilion/Bar

Barn amenities include seating for up to 110 guests, a party port off the back of the barn 12′ x 30′, pavilion 16′ x 30′, bar, and fire pit. We have a projector/screen/DVD player and 3 small sofas for viewing and a library of 75+ DVDs. The rustic barn kitchen has a commercial sink, commercial 3 door cooler, refrigerator/freezer, assorted pans/utensils, small appliances dishes/silverware, charcoal grill. The Bar off the pavilion and near the wood-fired pizza oven has a gas cooktop and Blackstone griddle. Sleeping Essentials: the barn has 6 camping cots with mats and two hammocks. The barn/party port can always serve for a Plan B/Rain scenario.

Yurt/J.A.L Lookout

The yurt sits high on a hill about 500 yards from the barn behind the farmhouse just above the ceremony site. The yurt has a queen bed and full-size futon. We have a charcoal grill/utensils, dishes, glass & silverware. There is an outhouse for your convenience, however yurt guests have shared access to the bath house near the barn with modern facilities. J.A.L. Lookout, “Just About Love”, our ceremony site was named for Brenda Jane’s father, Jack A. Laughery. We have bench seating for approximately 70 guests. We have had as many as 165 onlookers.

You are required to secure our whole property for weddings, which includes our barn, farmhouse, and yurt. Our event Worksheet will be signed at the time of Airbnb booking. It serves as our working contract.

INCLUDES 1) Unlimited time with Brenda Jane prior to the event to aid in planning for a smooth event 2) Access to Decor She-Cave items 3) All tables, white wooden chairs, and wooden benches 4) Property manager on-site during your booking to ensure a smooth event and check-out 5) Solar/torch/string lighting and groomed grounds 6) Foraging for downed limbs/sticks in the woods is acceptable at no charge 7) Hauling all properly sorted recycling and trash to our dump 8) Stocked bathrooms and all garbage can liners provided 9) We also allow camping on the property.
